How is it made? The method: in 6 steps

In 2005 we created the first website for an NGO. So we have enough experience behind us to have developed and are constantly refining our method to get you up and running in 6 steps, in as little as 24 days.

Preparation

We'll talk you through the method to see if you really need our service. You choose the package, we prepare the contract and agree on the schedule.
Brand & design

You have one week to define your brand. We will help you to clarify your mission, define your target audience, and how best to express it in terms of mood and style. We will guide you step by step through this work, providing you with questionnaires and spreadsheets.
StyleTile

In the second week, we'll use the materials you've made to create style tiles for you . One of the most important products in the design process, because it's what makes the site feel like your own. A page of fonts, colours and interface elements that convey the visual essence of your web brand. You can find examples of this from our previous work under the portfolio menu.
Content

While we're working on the visual part of the website, you'll be responsible for the text part of the site, based on the structure we've discussed beforehand.
Website development

After we've reviewed and discussed all the material we've prepared, we'll disappear for a week to build your site.
Final touches

The last day: we review the site and get it ready to go.

The StyleTile is one of the most important products in the design because it's what makes the site feel like your own. We will create a 'page' of fonts, colours and interface elements for you that will convey the visual essence of your web brand.
Responsive design

Each Squarespace site features a unique mobile version that follows the overall style of the website while applying the latest UI/UX practices.
User-friendly website

Squarespace has been developed from the ground up with the needs of users in mind, making it easy to maintain, update and monitor websites. We contribute to this with a detailed, illustrated manual for your site.
SEO basics

The code on Squarespace sites is clean, built so that search engines can index them. At the same time, content and how it is presented plays a big role in how well people find your site.
Support

After the site goes live, a test period will begin, during which we will fix any technical problems that arise free of charge. You won't be alone afterwards. You can always count on us or the Squarespace team for support.

Pre-built templates, blocks and features allow you to create a website in a fraction of the time needed for a custom site. And Squarespace was designed from the ground up to make it easy for you to maintain and monitor, and update content quickly and easily.
Yes, we work with Squarespace, but you don't need to have an account at the time of starting. We create the website in our own Squarespace account and then transfer ownership to you.
Don't buy your Squarespace subscription before you start work, as we offer a 20% discount on the first year's subscription.
You can choose to pay for the package in one single payment at the start of the job, but the invoice allows you to pay 50% at the start and 50% when the website is live.
Yes, we do, but these packages do not include. If you need it, let's talk, we're very happy to help.
No, but we'll give you all the help you need to get the job done. It may not be perfect at first, but you can make changes and additions once the site is up and running.
If you don't have any photos, we have a selection of free and paid photos for you to choose from. The price of the paid images is not included in the package price.
In our experience, this is a sensitive area that can take up a lot of time, so in this package we do two rounds, or one modification. Afterwards you can modify the images as many times as you like.
We will give you all the help you need and give you enough time to prepare the content you need. If not, we will provide a one-off date change. If you are not ready by the new date, you will lose your deposit and unfortunately we will not be able to complete the work.
We provide the basic SEO settings (site title, description, browser icons, etc.), but SEO is a separate marketing task that needs to be done after the site is launched.
Excludes the annual Squarespace subscription fee and the cost of any third party services.
